By creating an account or using PublishReady (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
PublishReady is an AI-assisted content review tool. Outputs are automated suggestions and do not guarantee any specific outcome, engagement, or performance of your content.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; you retain access to paid features until then. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing handled through our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit for analysis. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse-engineering it, attempting to disrupt it, or using it to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublishReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
